By focusing on good nutrition and a stress-free lifestyle, we ensure our animals are healthy and happy. Our cattle and sheep enjoy year-round freedom in wide-open spaces, grazing naturally in ideal conditions with plenty of fresh water. Unlike many others, we rely solely on grass, skipping the grains and crops commonly used in global livestock production.

Our farmers believe in doing things the natural way. That means no hormone growth promotants (HGPs) or antibiotics are used to boost production. We only use antibiotics when absolutely necessary to care for the health and wellbeing of our animals. And when that happens, we’re transparent about it—reporting all antibiotic use and ensuring those animals are kept out of the market until the right time.
