Taylor Preston has procured and processed bobby calves since 1995. Bobby veal and it's byproducts processed at Taylor Preston are marketed to over 25 countries around the world. This is largely through a network of loyal clients who trade in other Taylor Preston products.
Taylor Preston offers full and final payment for calves for calves on the Thursday following week of slaughter. Historically our payment terms and schedule payout have been as good as any other company in the industry. This years schedule will be available at the beginning of July.
The Taylor Preston catchment area for calves is the lower North Island region encompassing the Wanganui, Rangitikei, Manawatu, Horowhenua-Kapiti, Hawkes Bay, Tararua and Wairarapa regions. From 2000 Taylor Preston has also be processed calves from the upper South Island including Nelson, Marlborough, Kaikoura, Culverden and the West Coast.
