Health & Safety Policy

Taylor Preston Limited attaches specific importance to the health and safety of its employees in the workplace, to the health and safety of clients and contractor's employees and protection of the work environment.

To implement this policy, we the people of Taylor Preston will:

• Create and maintain a safe working environment.
• Be responsible for implementing our health and safety programme as stated in our manual.
• Ensure we have an effective method for identifying hazards.
• Generate and preserve a health and safety culture by providing appropriate orientation, training and supervision for all new and existing staff.
• Continually strive to achieve an accident free workplace by recording, reporting and investigating accidents.
• Ensure all staff are informed of, understand, and accept their responsibility for eliminating, isolating or minimising the potential for harm to people at their workplace.
• Have in place plan and procedures for all foreseeable emergencies that may arise in the workplace.
• Have effective procedures for hiring and monitoring of contractors and being accountable for their safety and for that of customers and visitors.
• Evaluate, review and update our compliance with our health and safety programme and this policy.
